Foreigner's personal income tax is effected by tax treaties, personal position, residence time, working time and other factors, the tax obligation's adjustment and the calculation of tax amount are more complex than the domestic employees, relevant laws and regulations is also not easy to understand, it's prone to errors of tax obligation's adjustment, tax amount calculation and other errors. Once the violation of Chinese laws and policies or foreigners home country tax policies, or are not familiar with tax treaties between the two countries, it might give foreign executives immeasurable loss.

This lecture make trainees quickly understand and digest foreigner's personal income tax's proper analysis and calculation methods, make full use of the business tax incentives given by the government in a comprehensible way by a large number of instances.
